Relaxation & mindfulness- for groups
Whether you are here on a weekend with family or friends, or that the team just needs a break from the conference, we have a perfect option to find peace and come into balance.
Morning Meditation. Here we use movement to awaken the body, either by stretching, tai-chi, yoga, tumbling or dance. The second half of the session focuses on relaxation and attention to breathing, either lying or sitting. This is an excellent way to start the day and get focused and relaxed at the same time. Bring your team and try. Duration 1 hour.
Release stress and tension
Active meditation where it first focused on moving to upbeat music - followed by rest and relaxation. This meditation is perfect for those who sit in long meetings / conferences and need to stop and recharge. Come and shake off your stress and tension - move your body. You will be more focused and efficient after a well-deserved and well-thumbed break. Bring your team and try! Duration 1 hour.
Combined massage and meditation.
Combine an hour's meditation followed by massage in our spa. After meditation muscles relaxed and your mind at ease, and they are more receptive to massage - dividends will be optimal. We offer both long and short massages.
